More than 100 people are planning to sue Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs for alleged exploitation and sexual abuse, with some of the lawsuits relating to minors
Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs is facing several upcoming lawsuits for alleged exploitation and sexual abuse, with some of the cases relating to minors.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is leading the lawsuits against P Diddy, said 120 people are planning to sue the disgraced music mogul. During a press conference held in Houston, Texas, Buzbee said 25 of those individuals were minors at the time of the alleged offenses.
Buzbee said the youngest accuser was nine years old at the time of the alleged offense. He claimed the accuser was taken to New York City with Bad Boy Records in the hopes of securing a record deal.
“Other boys were there to audition as well,” Buzbee continued. “All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors.”

The Texas-based lawyer also claimed: “This individual was sexually abused, allegedly, by Sean Combs, and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal.”
The alleged abuse is said to have taken place over 20 years in the 2000s and 2010s. Buzbee said the upcoming lawsuits, which he plans to file over the next 30 days, will come from both men and women aged between nine and 38 when the alleged abuse took place.
Diddy’s lawyer Erica Wolff denied the allegations following the press conference. In a statement, she said the rapper “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”
Wolff continued: “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
The upcoming lawsuits come after Combs was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied the charges against him and pled not guilty in court.
